Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kororareka Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 26th day of January, 1928.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Kororareka Domain, and doth hereby appoint
The Chairman of the Russell Town Board, ex officio.
William Cowper Anderson,
Allen Edward Bissett,
Thomas Rogers Clow,
John Parker English,
Athol Alfred Hooper Hitchcock, and
Ernest Edward Taylor
to be the Kororareka Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Russell, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

KORORAREKA DOMAIN.—NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 5, Block I, Russell Survey District: Area, 7 acres 1 rood 30 perches.
Also Section 12, Block I, Town of Russell: Area, 34 perches.
Also Sections 15 and 16, Block IX, Town of Russell: Area, 15 perches.

Glen Road, in the Town District of Papatoetoe, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 26th day of January, 1928.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Papatoetoe Town Board on the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, the street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :—
“That the Papatoetoe Town Board, being the local authority having control of a certain street or road fifty feet in width, situated within the Papatoetoe Town District, containing one rood and ten decimal three perches, more or less, being part of Lot 12 of Allotment 37, Parish of Manurewa, as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 20406, such street or road having been dedicated as a public road by transfer registered in the Land Registry Office aforesaid as No. 212179, hereby resolves and declares at a meeting of the said Board held this twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said street or road ”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said Glen Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of fifteen feet from the north-western and south-eastern sides of the said street,
SCHEDULE.
THAT street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Town District of Papatoetoe, known as Glen Road, adjoining or passing through Lot 12 of Allotment 37, Parish of Manurewa. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70495, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Valley Streett in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 26th day of January, 1928.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, in so far as it affects the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the northern side of that portion of Valley Street beginning at the south-western corner of Lot 24, D.P. 883, and extending for a distance of 100 links, being that part of Valley Street fronting lot on D.P. 3493, part Section 9, Town District (Regn.), Block XIII, Port Nicholson Survey District ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Valley Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Valley Street, fronting the land in D.P. 3493, part Section 9, Town District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70869, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
