Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks V, VI, and VII, Monowai Survey District, Southland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto form portion of Pastoral Runs numbers 413 and 463, situated in the Monowai Survey District, and held under license dated the first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty :

And whereas it is desired that the said parcels of land should be taken for the purposes of a road under subsection two of section two hundred and fifty-seven of the Land Act, 1924 :

Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection two of section two hundred and fifty-seven of the Land Act, 1924, hereinbefore referred to, do hereby take the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a road.

26 0 20 ,, 413, Blocks VI and VII.

All situated in Monowai Survey District, in the Southland Land District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/300, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2248 (sheets 1 and 2), and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of January, 1928.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Teviot Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 16 perches.

Adjoining Sections 25 and 127, Block I, Teviot Survey District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1516, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2249, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of January, 1928.
