account laid before them showing the manner in which the
winding-up has been conducted and the property of the com-
pany disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be
given by the Liquidators, and also of determining, by extra-
ordinary resolution, the manner in which the books, accounts,
and documents of the company and of the Liquidators thereof
shall be disposed of.

BY an order made by the Honourable Mr. Justice Adams
in the above matter, dated the 25th day of July, 1928,
on the petition of the New Zealand Acetylene and Hardware,
Limited (in liquidation), a creditor of the above-named com-
pany, it was ordered that the said William Stokes and Com-
pany, Limited (in liquidation), should be wound up by this
Court under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and
that the costs of an incidental to this order should be paid
out of the assets of the company.
