A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land :—

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electrical purposes, and shall vest in the Waitaki Electric-power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.

Being Section 1.

Situated in Block XV, Town of Kurow.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72748, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the development of electric power, and shall vest in Wilsons (N.Z.) Portland Cement, Limited, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
