NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waipu County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work—namely, to establish a recreation-ground—and for the purposes of such work the lands described in the Schedule are required to be taken:
Notice is further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, at Waipiro Bay, and is open for inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of such public work, must state their objections in writing and send same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers at Waipiro Bay.

SCHEDULE.

Twenty-five perches, part of Section 1, Block VIII, Waipiro Township; 2 acres 2 roods 13 perches, road to be closed, Waipiro Township; 1 acre 2 roods 25 perches, part of a stream bed, Waipiro Township; 2 acres 3 roods 19 perches, part of Section 2 and Sections 3 and 4, Block VII, Waipiro Township; as the same is shown on plan 1299 (brown), and is situated in Block XII, Mata Survey District.
