A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land in Mangakahia Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes in
connection with the Wellington–Napier Railway (Lower Hutt
Valley Duplication) in the Borough of Lower Hutt.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall
vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 19 perches.
Being Lot 6 on D.P. 679, being part Section 4.
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District
