GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—KOHI BUSH RESERVE.

ALL that area in Block I, Waimata Survey District, containing by admeasurement 107 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, being the section marked “Bush reserve,” and being the land referred to in the Order in Council dated 1st August, 1910, and published in Gazette No. 75, of the 4th of that month, page 3115.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ORMOND DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 19, Muhunga Block, Block VIII, Waimata Survey District. Bounded on the north by a public road, on the north-east, south-east, and south-west by Lot 2 of Section 19, Muhunga Block, and on the north-west by the Waipaoa River. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/23, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

WHEREAS it is provided by section twenty-two of the Administration Act, 1908, that the security of any incorporated company or guarantee society approved by the Governor-General in Council may be accepted by the Court as the security required to be given by an administrator or other person appointed to administer an estate under the above-mentioned Act:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-recited power and authority, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve, for the purpose above mentioned, of the following incorporated society, namely:—

Prohibition and Restriction of the Importation of certain Goods from the Commonwealth of Australia.—(C. No. 57.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of July, 1928.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS by the several Orders in Council referred to in the Schedule hereto the importation of certain goods from the Commonwealth of Australia and from the United States of America was prohibited to the extent specified therein: And whereas certain of the said Orders in Council have been modified by subsequent Orders in Council: And whereas it is now deemed expedient to revoke the said Orders in Council and to prohibit to the extent shown hereunder the importation of the goods hereafter specified:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power conferred upon him by section forty-six of the Customs Act, 1913, as amended by the Customs Amendment Act, 1921, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the several Orders in Council referred to in the Schedule hereto and doth prohibit, save with the consent of the Minister of Customs, the importation from the States of Queensland and Western Australia, in the Commonwealth of Australia, of oats, barley, maize (including maize ground or crushed, but not otherwise manufactured), hay, straw, and chaff; and doth further prohibit, save with the precedent

appoint Monday, the twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, at half-past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Eltham, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—ROTOKARE (NGAIRE) DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 574 acres, more or less, being Section 1, Block XII, Ngaire Survey District. Bounded generally towards the north by Sections 10 and 2, Block XII, Ngaire Survey District, Rotokare Road, and Section 3, Block XII aforesaid, 10998.6 links; towards the south-east by Tutaeariari No. 1 Block, Block XVI, Ngaire Survey District, 7464.4 links; towards the south-west by Section 32, Block XV, Ngaire Survey District, 8430.2 links; and generally towards the north-west by Sections 5 and 6, Block XI, Ngaire Survey District, 8758.9 links; excluding therefrom the Rotokare Road intersecting the section: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Trotter's Creek Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Alfred Hull,
John Kemp,
Archibald Alexander MacWilliams,
Perceval Malthus,
Donald James Ross,
William Sinclair Dalrymple Trotter, and Robert Archibald Walker

to be the Trotter's Creek Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, at half-past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Kartigi Schoolhouse, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—TROTTER'S CREEK DOMAIN.

SECTION 36, Block XI, Moeraki Survey District: Area, 182 acres 0 roods 10 perches.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section three of the Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of that portion of the Ormond Domain (known as the Kohi Bush Reserve) described in the First Schedule hereto and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said portion a sum not exceeding one hundred pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Ormond Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.
