SCHEDULE.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.

Lot 1 of Section 5, Lot 1 of Section 4, and Section 6, Block IV, Pouatu Survey District: Area, 470 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of June, 1928.

Land in the Taranaki Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto has been disposed of by way of sale on deferred payments, and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land.

WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto has been disposed of by way of sale on deferred payments, and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of June, 1928.

SECTION 51, Block VII, and Sections 55 and 121, Block IX, Leaning Rock Survey District: Area, 862 acres 2 roods 8 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of June, 1928.
