HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Hutt County Heretaunga Water-supply Loan of £700, 1928, authorized to be raised by the Hutt County Council under the abovementioned Act for the purpose of constructing a water-supply, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of twenty one-hundredths (20/100ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the No. 26 Special-rating District, being portion of the Heretaunga Riding in the County of Hutt, being more particularly described in the Schedule at the foot hereof, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the 30th day of September and the 31st day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
SCHEDULE.
All those lands in Sections 85, Block IV, Belmont Survey District, 86, 87, and 88, Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, Wellington Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 2096, on the Wellington-Wairarapa Main Highway; thence north-westerly along the western boundary of the said Lot 1 to the southern boundary of Lot 2, D. RESOLUTION INCREASING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
