Appointment of Cemetery Trustees revoked.—(H. 2/91.)

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the authorities vested in me by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke certain Warrants dated the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette on the seventeenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, respectively, appointing trustees for the Pokuru Public Cemetery as described in the Schedule hereto.

POKURU PUBLIC CEMETERY.

SECTION 10, Block V, Puniu Survey District, Auckland Land District: Area, 4 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less.

Rangers under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, appointed.
