Defining the Middle-line of a Branch Railway from the Wairoa to Waikokopu Branch of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway to a Quarry in Nuhaka Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a branch railway from the Wairoa to Waikokopu Branch of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway to a quarry in Nuhaka Survey District shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the Wairoa to Waikokopu Branch of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway adjoining Section 2A 4A 3 of Nuhaka Block, Block VII, Nuhaka Survey District, marked “0M,” and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately two miles, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Sections 2A 4A 3, 2A 4A 4, 2A 4A 5A, 2A 4A 14, right-of-way, and 2A 4A 15 of Nuhaka Block, Block VII, Nuhaka Survey District; right-of-way and Sections 4C 2, 4C 1, and 4A of Opoho Block, Block V, Nuhaka Survey District; Section 2A 4B 3B of Nuhaka Block, Block VII, Nuhaka Survey District, and terminating at a point on a road marked “2M”; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses; all in the Hawke’s Bay Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72060, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of June, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 33·33 perches.
Being part of Subdivision 1 of part Section 8, Grey District.
Situated in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District (Borough of New Plymouth).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72151, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of June, 1928.
