Land proclaimed as a Road in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Titirangi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 0ยท4 of a perch.
Portion of Allotment 187, E.R., Waikomiti Parish, Block III, Titirangi Survey District.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/679, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2251, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1928.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 19 perches.
Being portion of Opanake No. lc North Block No. 4, situated in Block XIII, Tutamoe Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 21609.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70683, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1928.
