Plant declared to be a Noxious Weed in the Borough of Marton.—Notice No. Ag. 2723.

T HE following special order, passed by the Marton Borough Council on 30th April, 1928, and confirmed on 28th May, 1928, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act.

SPECIAL ORDER.
THAT, pursuant to the provisions of sections 4 and 5 (c) of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, the Marton Borough Council hereby, by special order, declares the following plant enumerated in the Third Schedule to the said Act—viz., Hemlock (Conium Maculatum) to be a noxious weed within the Borough of Marton; and that this special order shall take effect on the 1st day of July, 1928.
Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration revoking the Dissolution of a Society.
I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that the declaration made on the 28th day of October, 1926, dissolving the Ruakaka Public Hall Association (Incorporated) was made in error, and the said declaration is accordingly hereby revoked in pursuance of section 28, subsection (3), of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.
I, LEONARD GRAY TUCK, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Otago Taxi Owners' and Drivers' Association (Incorporated) has no assets and has ceased carrying on operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
