JUNE 14.] THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE. 1895
Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the road desired to be constructed over Blocks X, XI, XIV, and XV, Mahurangi Survey District —viz., a deviation of the Waiwera-Mangawai Main Highway— shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point opposite Section 116, Puhoi Parish, Block XV, Mahurangi Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally and passing in, into, through, or over Sections 148, 149, N. portion 150, S. portion 147, N. portion 151, M. portion 147, Mahurangi Parish, Block XV, Mahurangi Survey District; N. portion 147 and 152, Mahurangi Parish, Block XIV, Mahurangi Survey District; Section 154, Mahurangi Parish, Block X, Mahurangi Survey District; Sections 156 and 159, Mahurangi Parish, Block XI, Mahurangi Survey District; N. portion 163, S.E. portion 158, M. portion 158, N. portion 158, E. portion 158, 164, School Reserve, 165, Mahurangi Parish, Block X, Mahurangi Survey District, and terminating at Barker’s Bridge opposite the said Section 165; being a distance of 4 miles 26 chains, more or less: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses.
All in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72138, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of June, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Clutha Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 14 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 18 and 19.
Situated in Block XXXIII, Clutha Survey District (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72052, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of June, 1928.
