Bounded towards the north-west by Tomahawk Lagoon, 780 links; towards the north-east by Crown land, 153 links; towards the south-east by Sections 10 to 21, 910·58 links; again towards the north-east by aforesaid Section 10, 175 links; again towards the south-east by Glen Street, 20 links; and towards the south-west by Section 9, 290 links.

Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 24·3 perches, more or less, being Section 60, Township of Ocean Grove Extension No. 2 (Land Transfer plan 3370).
