DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned DONALD DAVID NESBITT and JOHN HENRY MOREY, carrying on business as Carriers at Kaikohe under the style or firm of “Nesbitt and Morey,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Henry Morey, who will continue the said business under the present style or firm of “Nesbitt and Morey.”

RODNEY COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN BLOCK XII, OTAMATEA SURVEY DISTRICT, FOR ROAD PURPOSES.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road in Block XII, Otamatea Survey District—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the post-office at Te Hana, and is there open for inspection, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Clerk of the Rodney County Council at the Council Chambers at Warkworth in the said county.

THE SCHEDULE.

Approximate area of piece of land required to be taken (a) one rood twenty-six decimal six perches, part of Allotment one hundred and ten, and (b) three roods sixteen perches, part of north-west Allotment one hundred and nine of the Parish of Oruawharo, Block XII, Otamatea Survey District, in the North Auckland Land District: As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked 24567, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland, in the Auckland District, and thereon coloured sepia and yellow respectively.
The Common Seal of the body corporate known as the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney was hereto affixed pursuant to a resolution of the said body, this 23rd day of May, 1928, in the presence of—
