2nd Lieutenant L. R. Cutforth, from the Nelson, Marlborough, and West Coast Regiment, to be 2nd Lieutenant, with seniority as from the 1st February, 1926, and is seconded for duty with the 1st C Battalion. Dated 2nd April, 1928.

Roland Arthur Hertslet Fulton, M.B., to be Captain, and is attached for duty to the Otago University Company. Dated 1st February, 1928.
Alfred Barrett Jameson, M.B., to be Lieutenant, and is attached for duty to the Northern Depot, N.Z.M.C. Dated 8th March, 1928.

S. J. Bridge, Chaplain, 4th Class, is transferred from R.D. 10 to R.D. 5. Dated 30th March, 1928.

THE following notice, received from the Chairman of the Pleasant Point Town Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926.

PLEASANT POINT TOWN BOARD.
PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, notice is hereby given that a poll of ratepayers of the above district was taken on Wednesday, the 21st day of March, 1928, on the proposal that a loan of £3,250 be raised for the erection of Town Board offices, public library, and hall.
The number of votes recorded for the above proposal was 77. The number of votes recorded against the said proposal was 21.
I therefore declare the above proposal to be carried.

Redefining Boundaries of the Borough of Woodville, the County of Woodville, and the Mangaatua Riding of the County of Woodville.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 141 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the boundaries of the Borough of Woodville are hereby defined as set out in the First Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the said borough having been altered by Order in Council dated the 29th day of March, 1928, made under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and published in Gazette No. 27, of the 29th day of March, 1928.
And also in pursuance of the provisions of the said section 141 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the boundaries of the County of Woodville affected by the said Order in Council dated the 29th day of March, 1928, are hereby defined as set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
And in further pursuance of the provisions of the said section 141 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the boundaries of the Mangaatua Riding of the County of Woodville affected by the said Order in Council dated the 29th day of March, 1928, are hereby defined as set out in the Third Schedule hereto.

BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF WOODVILLE.
ALL that area on the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded by a line commencing at the north-west corner of Rural Section 175 ; thence easterly along the southern side of Sowry Road to the western side of Pinfold Road ; thence southerly along the western side of Pinfold Road to the southern side of Vogel Street ; thence easterly along the southern side of Vogel Street to the north-eastern corner of Rural Section 71 ; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of Section 71 aforesaid to the Mangaatua River ; thence down the Mangaatua River to the western boundary of Rural Section 72
