of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of closed road declared to be Crown land: 8 acres 3 roods 35 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 4 and 5, and part Section 6, Block XIV, Mandamus Survey District.
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 71155, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of April, 1928.

Stopping Government Road in Block IX, Clyde Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 2 acres 2 roods 3·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Hereheretau 2c 1, situated in Block IX, Clyde Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 914.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69212, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section four of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be closed, such portions of road being formerly portions of a river-bank road situated within the district defined in the Schedule to the Rangitaiki Land Drainage Act, 1910.
