Settlement Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease
to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland
Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby, set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.

SECTION 80s, Te Miro Settlement: Area, 2 roods 22 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of April, 1928.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a State Forest in
Block XIV, Mandamus Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a State Forest, and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:—

A. R. P. Being
1,883 1 7 Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 and part Sections 6 and 7; edged red.
8 3 35 Crown land formerly closed road; coloured green.

All being Reserve 4198.

Situated in Block XIV, Mandamus Survey District.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 71155, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of April, 1928.
