Portion of a Public Reserve set apart for the Purposes of a Road in Block I, Waiopelu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road, and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 1 rood 9'5 perches. Being portion of Section 32 (E.R.). Situated in Block I, Waiopelu Survey District. (S.O. 2250.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70022, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of April, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 2'32 perches. Being portion of Lot 82, D.P. 1087, being part Section 29, Karori R.D., situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2313.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 71396, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
