DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE partnership business heretofore carried on by the undersigned GEORGE COOK and JESSIE MILDRED COOK, as Coopers and Box-manufacturers at Petone, under the style of “Cook and Cook,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 8th day of September, 1927.
The said business will in future be carried on by the said Jessie Mildred Cook alone, under the style of “Cook and Cook.”
All debts due to the late firm are to be paid to the said Jessie Mildred Cook, and all debts owing by the late partnership will be discharged by her.
