All that road or portion of road in the Ashburton County,
commencing at the south-eastern boundary of the Borough
of Ashburton, and proceeding generally in a south-easterly
direction via Beach Road, and terminating at the southern
corner of Rural Section 845, Block 10, Wakanui Survey District, being a distance of 9 miles 20 chains, more or less. Shown
on plan P.W.D. 71558, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that street or portion of street in the Borough of
Ashburton, commencing at the junction of East Street and
Moore Street, and proceeding generally in a south-easterly
direction via the said Moore Street, and terminating at the
south-eastern boundary of the Borough of Ashburton, being
a distance of 35 chains, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D.
71259, and thereon coloured blue.

Surveyors Road.

All that road or portion of road in the Ashburton County,
commencing at its junction with the Tinwald-Longbeach
Main Highway, and proceeding generally in a south-westerly
direction via Surveyors Road, and terminating at its junction
with the Isleworth Road opposite the southern corner of
Reserve 1110, Block X, Hinds Survey District, being a distance
of 4 miles 20 chains, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D.
71558, and thereon coloured red.

Isleworth Road.

All that road or portion of road in the Ashburton County,
commencing at its junction with the Christchurch-Dunedin
Main Highway at Hinds, and proceeding generally in a south-
easterly direction via Isleworth Road, and terminating at its
junction with Pipers Road opposite the southern corner of
R. 2021, Block 14, Hinds Survey District, being a distance of
7 miles 40 chains, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D. 71558,
and thereon coloured red.

Mainwaring's Road.

All that road or portion of road in the Ashburton County,
commencing at its junction with the Christchurch-Dunedin
Main Highway opposite the western corner of Rural Section
7131, Block 1, Rakaia Survey District, and proceeding
generally in a south-easterly direction via Kyle Road and
Mainwaring's Road, and terminating at the southern corner
of Rural Section 18424, Block 10, Rakaia Survey District, near
Dorie, being a distance of 12 miles, more or less. Shown on
plan P.W.D. 71558, and thereon coloured red.

Arundel-Cooper's Creek.

All that road or portion of road in the Geraldine County,
commencing at its junction with the Christchurch-Dunedin
Main Highway at Arundel, and proceeding generally in a
southerly and south-westerly direction, and terminating at its
junction with Christchurch-Dunedin Main Highway opposite
the southern corner of Section 31000, Block VIII, Orari
Survey District, being a distance of 3 miles, more or less.

Geraldine-Orari, via Ruapekapeka.

All that road or portion of road in the Geraldine County,
commencing at its junction with Christchurch-Dunedin Main
Highway at Geraldine, and proceeding generally in a south-
easterly direction via Orari Station Road, and terminating at its
junction with the Geraldine-Orari Main Highway (via Peck-
ham's) on the south-western boundary of Section 2, Block X,
Geraldine Survey District, being a distance of 3 miles 40 chains,
more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D. 71559, and thereon
coloured red.

Gapes Valley Road.

All that road or portion of road in the Geraldine County,
commencing at its junction with the Geraldine-Fairlie Main
Highway opposite the eastern corner of Rural Section 10703,
Block V, Geraldine Survey District, and proceeding generally
in a westerly direction via Connelly's Road and Gapes Valley
Road, and terminating at its junction with the said Geraldine-
Fairlie Main Highway opposite the eastern corner of Rural
Section 36246, Block XI, Opihi Survey District, being a
distance of 8 miles, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D.
71559, and thereon coloured red.

Temuka-Clandeboye.

All that road or portion of road in the Geraldine County,
commencing at the eastern boundary of the Borough of
Temuka, and proceeding generally in a north-easterly direction
via Milford Main Road, Orari Road, and thence across the
Orari River, and terminating at the Clandeboye Post-office,
being a distance of 7 miles, more or less. Shown on plan
P.W.D. 71559, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that street or portion of street in the Temuka
Borough commencing at the junction of King Street and

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Ewen Road, and proceeding generally in a south-easterly
direction via the said Ewen Road, and terminating at the
eastern boundary of the Borough of Temuka, being a distance
of 1 mile 40 chains, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D.
71261, and thereon coloured red.

Pleasant Point - Fairlie, via Middle Valley.

All that road or portion of road in the Levels and Mackenzie
Counties, commencing at a point opposite the eastern corner
of Section 7710, Block III, Pareora Survey District, and
proceeding generally in a north-westerly direction via Totara
Valley Road, Fraser's Road, Burke's Pass Road, and Kakahu
Road, and terminating at its junction with the Geraldine-
Fairlie Main Highway at the south-eastern corner of Section
19947, Block IV, Tengawai Survey District, being a distance
of 19 miles 20 chains, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D.
71560, and thereon coloured red.

Pleasant Point - Arowhenua.

All that road or portion of road in the Levels County,
commencing at its junction with the Washdyke-Tekapo
Main Highway near Pleasant Point, and proceeding generally
in an easterly direction via Kerrytown, and terminating at
its junction with the Christchurch-Dunedin Main Highway
near Arowhenua, being a distance of 5 miles 40 chains, more
or less. Shown on plan P.W.D. 71560, and thereon coloured
red.

Main Otipua Road.

All that road or portion of road in the Levels and Waimate
Counties, commencing at its junction with the Christchurch-
Dunedin Main Highway at Salt Water Creek, and proceeding
generally in a south-westerly direction via Otipua and Upper
Pareora Roads and Elworthy Bridge, and terminating at its
junction with Pareora Main Road, being a distance of 9 miles
40 chains, more or less. Shown on plans P.W.D. 71560 and
71563, and thereon coloured red.

Lake Pukaki - Hermitage.

All that road or portion of road in the Mackenzie County,
commencing at the western bank of the Pukaki River at
Pukaki, and proceeding generally in a northerly direction
along the Mount Cook Road on the western side of Lake
Pukaki via old Glentunnel Station and Birch Hill Station, and
terminating at the Mount Cook Hermitage, being a distance
of 36 miles, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D. 71562, and
thereon coloured red.

Waimate-Makikihi, via Hunters.

All that road or portion of road in the Waimate County
commencing at its junction with the Deep Creek-Waihao
Downs Main Highway near Waimate, and proceeding
generally in a northerly and easterly direction via Hunters
and Makikihi Main Road, and terminating at its junction with
the Christchurch-Dunedin Main Highway at Makikihi, being
a distance of 15 miles, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D.
71563, and thereon coloured red.

Kurow-Omarama.

All that road or portion of road in the Waitaki County,
commencing at its junction with the Pukeuri-Kurow Main
Highway at Kurow, and proceeding generally in a north-
westerly direction along the right bank of the Waitaki River
via Ahuriri Pass, and terminating at its junction with the
Lindis Pass-Ohau Road at Omarama, being a distance of
34 miles, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D. 71564, and
thereon coloured red.

Ngapara-Duntroon.

All that road or portion of road in the Waitaki County,
commencing at its junction with the Waiareka-Ngapara Main
Highway at Ngapara, and proceeding generally in a westerly
and northerly direction, and terminating at its junction with
the Pukeuri-Kurow Main Highway at Duntroon, being a distance of 11 miles, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D. 71565, and thereon coloured red.

Whitstone - Five Forks Bridge.

All that road or portion of road in the Waitaki County,
commencing at its junction with the Waiareka-Ngapara Main
Highway at Whitstone, and proceeding generally in a westerly
direction, and terminating at the Five Forks Bridge crossing
of the Kakanui River, being a distance of 7 miles, more or less.

Maheno-Kauroo River.

All that road or portion of road in the Waitaki County,
commencing at its junction with the Christchurch-Dunedin
Main Highway at Maheno, and proceeding generally in a
