A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Bealey Survey District, described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70991, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of March, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waiwera Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70753, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Arapuni Scheme); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres.
Being portion of Allotment 69, Whangamarino Parish, Block IX, Piako Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24584.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 71089, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
