ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 29th day of March, 1928, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 27, of the 29th day of March, 1928, page 906, altering the boundaries of the Borough of Waitara and the County of Clifton, for the words “647 links” in the fifth line of the said Schedule read the words “947 links.”
Land proclaimed as a Road in Blocks I and II, Kaihu Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kaihu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
7 acres 0 roods 3·5 perches.
Portion of Lot 6, on D.P. 15092, being portion of Kaihu No.1 Block, Blocks I and II, Kaihu Survey District.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/4/11, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2257, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of March, 1928.

Additional Land at Invercargill taken for the Purposes of the Invercargill-Kingston Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Invercargill-Kingston Railway to take further land at Invercargill in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in excercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 2 roods 8 perches.
Part Lot 14, D.P. 2320, of Block 77, Town of Invercargill, Borough of Invercargill. (S.O. 105 Rly.; red.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 39514, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of March, 1928.
