All those streets or portions of street in the Borough of Riccarton—commencing at the western boundary of the Borough of Riccarton, and proceeding generally in an easterly direction via Riccarton Road, and terminating at the eastern boundary of the said Borough of Riccarton, being a distance of 1 mile 25 chains, more or less: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 71256, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Christchurch–Lyttelton, via Sumner, Main Highway.
All those streets or portions of street in the Borough of Lyttelton—commencing at the junction of Oxford Street and Norwich Quay, and proceeding generally in a westerly direction via the said Norwich Quay, Simeon Quay, Brittan Terrace, and Governors Bay Road, and terminating at the western boundary of the Borough of Lyttelton, being a distance of 2 miles 63 chains, more or less: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 71257, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
