All those streets or portions of street in the Borough of Blenheim—commencing at the western boundary of the Borough of Blenheim at the Omaka River, and proceeding generally in an easterly direction via High Street, and terminating at the junction of High Street and Market Place, being a distance of 57 chains, more or less: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 71245, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue and marked B-A.

All those streets or portions of street in the Borough of Richmond—commencing at the north-eastern boundary of the Borough of Richmond opposite the eastern corner of Section 79, Block VII, Waimea Survey District, and proceeding generally in a south-westerly direction via Salisbury Road, Queen Street, and Gladstone Road, and terminating at the south-western boundary of the Borough of Richmond opposite the western corner of Section 21, Block VI, Waimea Survey District, being a distance of 2 miles 35 chains, more or less: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 71246, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

All those streets or portions of street in the Borough of Westport—commencing at the junction of Brougham and Palmerston Streets, and proceeding generally in a southerly direction via the said Palmerston Street, Bentham Street, along the right bank of the Buller River, and terminating at the western boundary of the Borough of Westport at the Buller River Railway-bridge, being a distance of 59 chains, more or less: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 71248, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked B-C.

All those streets or portions of street in the Borough of Brunner—commencing at the Arnold River at the eastern boundary of the Borough of Brunner, and proceeding generally in a south-westerly direction along the left bank of the Grey River, and via Arnold Road, and terminating at the western boundary of the Borough of Brunner, being a distance of 4 miles 32 chains, more or less: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 71249, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
