DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between HUGH WRIGHT and THOMAS WILLIAM WITT, under the style of “Wright and Witt,” at Wellington, has been dissolved as from the 19th day of January, 1928, by mutual consent. The debts owing from or to the firm will be discharged or received by the said Hugh Wright, who will continue to carry on the business at Wellington aforesaid on his own account under the style of “Wright and Witt.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership, as Carriers, &c., between the undersigned, under the style or firm of MACKLOW AND HARRIS, has been dissolved by mutual consent as at the 14th day of February, 1928. Mr. Harris has taken over, and will discharge the liabilities of the late firm, and all debts due to the late firm are payable to him, and his receipt will be a sufficient discharge.

PUBLIC NOTICE.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908.
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Taranaki proposes to provide land as a site for a District High School, and for such purpose requires to take all that parcel of land in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 0 roods 27 perches, more or less, being Sections 37, 38, and 39, Town Belt, Town of Opunake, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by Subdivision 4, Opunake Railway Reserve, Town Belt, Town of Opunake, 882 links; towards the east by Longfellow Road, 1040 links; towards the south by South Road, 882 links; and towards the west by Heaphy Road, 1040 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked Lands and Survey, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid is deposited for public inspection at the Opunake Town Board Office in the Town of Opunake.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said work or to the taking of the said land, and to send such writing within 40 (forty) days from the first publication of this notice to the Education Board of the District of Taranaki at its office in Lemon Street, in the Town of New Plymouth.
