Appointing a Day for the Election of the Elective Commissioners of the Ashley River Trust, under the Ashley River Improvement Amendment Act, 1927.

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection two of section four of the Ashley River Improvement Amendment Act, 1927, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Thursday, the fifteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, as the day on which shall be held the election of the elective Commissioners of the Ashley River Trust.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 21st day of February, 1928.

Major F. J. Borrie, M.R.C.S., Eng., N.Z. Medical Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Officer Commanding, Southern Depot, N.Z.M.C. Dated 30th January, 1928.
Captain W. H. Simpson, M.B., N.Z. Medical Corps, is appointed to command the Southern Depot, N.Z.M.C. Dated 1st February, 1928.
N.Z. ARMY ORDNANCE CORPS.
Captain E. H. Sawle is posted to the Retired List, with permission to retain his rank and wear the prescribed uniform. Dated 26th November, 1927.
THE CANTERBURY YEOMANRY CAVALRY.
