Findlay, Hoggard, Cousins, and Wright, 197 Lambton Quay, Wellington: And notice is hereby further given that the office of the said Messrs. Findlay, Hoggard, Cousins, and Wright is the address for service on me of any document of which service upon me is required in accordance with the Rules of the Supreme Court under the Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1921-22.

NOTICE is hereby given that the office in New Zealand of THE BRITISH IMPERIAL OIL COMPANY (N.Z.), LIMITED, has been changed from the Huddart Parker Building, Post-office Square, Wellington, to the A.M.P. Building, situated at Nos. 88-96 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, and as from the date of this notice legal process of every kind may be served on the company, and notices of any kind may be addressed to the company at the latter address.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Dunedin City Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing for the interest, sinking fund, and repayment of a special loan of £40,000, authorized to be raised by the Dunedin City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of paying off the following special loans about to fall due, viz :—
(a) Roslyn Waterworks Loan, balance outstanding of . . . . . . . . . . £ 13,800
(b) Mornington Tramways Loan of . . . . . . . . . . 40,000
