I, ROBERT WILLIAMSON ATKINSON, Returning Officer for the purposes of the Honey-export Control Act, 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, hereby declare

who was the only person nominated on the 21st day of December, 1927, to fill the vacancy on the above-mentioned Board, to be duly elected a producers’ representative on the Board.
