Notice of Final Meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of members of the above-named company will be held at the registered office, Carlton Chambers, High Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 14th day of December, 1927, at 5 o’clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above-named company, held on Monday, the 28th November, 1927, the following resolution was passed:—

“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same; and that LEONARD KNIGHT, Public Accountant, of 408 New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

Creditors of the above-named company are required on or before the 28th day of January, 1928, to send their names, addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator, and if so required by notice in writing, to come in and prove their debts or claims, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.
