adopted, and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the names of “Louis Solon Kowron” instead of “Ludwig Skowronski”: And I give further notice that by a deed poll dated the 18th day of October, 1927, duly executed and attested, and registered in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, miscellaneous register document No. 341/1927, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said names of “Ludwig Skowronski,” and declared that I have assumed and adopted, and intended thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the names of “Louis Solon Kowron” instead of the names “Ludwig Skowronski,” and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the names of STEFAN LOUIS SOLON KOWRON only.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the above regulations, the Auckland City Council hereby gives notice that it has received notices from the persons and companies named below, requiring it, the Auckland City Council, to purchase and acquire the motor-omnibuses and other property of such persons and companies used in connection with the services and undertakings set out hereunder:—

Every person having any interest in the subject-matter of any of the said claims is hereby called upon to furnish to the Town Clerk of the City of Auckland, aforesaid, within fourteen days from the date of this notice, full particulars as to the nature and value of such interest.
Copies of the said claims may be inspected at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Queen Street, Auckland, from whom further information may be obtained.
