adopted, and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the names of “Louis Solon Kowron” instead of “Ludwig Skowronski”: And I give further notice that by a deed poll dated the 18th day of October, 1927, duly executed and attested, and registered in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, miscellaneous register document No. 341/1927, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said names of “Ludwig Skowronski,” and declared that I have assumed and adopted, and intended thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the names of “Louis Solon Kowron” instead of the names “Ludwig Skowronski,” and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the names of STEFAN LOUIS SOLON KOWRON only.

In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Clifton County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road in the County of Clifton—and for the purposes of such public work proposes to take all those pieces of land being—
