SCHEDULE.

Buckley Subdivision.

All that area in the Wellington Land District bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Koputaroa Stream with the Manawatu River; thence up the right bank of the Koputaroa Stream to the North Island Main Trunk railway; thence across that railway to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 3 on plan 433, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington; thence to and along that boundary to the drainage district boundary; thence generally northerly and westerly along the drainage district boundary to the confluence of the Koputaroa Stream and the Manawatu River, the place of commencement.

Koputaroa Subdivision.

All that area in the Wellington Land District bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Lot 3 on plan 433, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar, at Wellington; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of that lot and its production to the North Island Main Trunk railway; thence along that railway to a point in line with the northern boundary of Manawatu-Kukutauaki 3 No. 2A 3 Block; thence to and along that boundary to the drainage district boundary; thence southerly, easterly, and northerly, generally, along the drainage district boundaries to the south-eastern corner of Lot 3 aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Piaka Subdivision.

All that area in the Wellington Land District bounded on the south, west, and north, generally, by the Buckley Drainage District boundaries from the north-western corner of Manawatu-Kukutauaki 3 No. 2A 3 Block to the mouth of the Koputaroa Stream; thence on the east by the Buckley Subdivision hereinbefore described, and on the south by the Koputaroa Subdivision hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.

It is hereby further notified that the foregoing resolution was confirmed at a meeting of the said Board, held in the Board’s office, Plimmer Terrace, Shannon, on Friday, the 18th day of November, 1927, when it was further resolved that the said special order should come into force on the 1st day of April, 1928.

Resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Board held 14th day of October, 1927, and confirmed, after being advertised as required, at a meeting held on the 18th day of November, 1927.

Date of Election of Insurance Members of the Hikurangi Fire Board.

PURSUANT to section 24 of the Fire Brigades Act, 1926, I, Maui Pomare, Acting Minister of Internal Affairs, charged with the administration of the said Act, do hereby appoint Monday, the 19th day of December, 1927, to be the day for the holding of an election of two members of the Hikurangi Fire Board by fire-insurance companies which, for the time being, are carrying on business within the Hikurangi Fire District.
