At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1927.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. NOSWORTHY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Hawera County Council is a body of persons having power to lease lands held in trust, reserved, or set apart for public purposes, and has requested the Governor-General in Council to declare it to be a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908 :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in compliance with such request, and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred by the above-mentioned Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the Hawera County Council is a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908.

Irene Avenue, in the Borough of Mount Eden, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

THE HONOURABLE W. NOSWORTHY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Mount Eden Borough Council on the seventeenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, viz :—
“That the Mount Eden Borough Council, having control of Irene Avenue, being part Lot 72 of Section 10, hereby resolves that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to Irene Avenue ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting either side of the said street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that street situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Eden, known as Irene Avenue, adjoining Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, D.P. 19533, being part Allotment 72, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64282, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

The South-western side of Portion of Roxburgh Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

THE HONOURABLE W. NOSWORTHY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz :—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the south-western side of all that portion of Roxburgh Street beginning at a point approximately 259·09 links from its junction with Hawker Street and extending for a distance of 15·15 links, being part of road fronting Lot 8, D.P. 908, being part of Town Section 382, City of Wellington ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Roxburgh Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Roxburgh Street, abutting on Lot 8, D.P. 908, part Town Section 382. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67450, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern and Northern Sides respectively of Portions of Roads in the County of Geraldine exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1927.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. NOSWORTHY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Geraldine County Council on the sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz. :—
“That the Geraldine County Council, having control of those roads fronting Lots 10 and 11, D.P. 137, R.S. 3151, Block II, Arowhenua Survey District, declares by resolution that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said roads ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of road firstly described in the Schedule hereto, or the northern side of the portion of road secondly described in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of roads.

SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Canterbury Land District, County of Geraldine, fronting Lots 10 and 11, D.P. 137, R.S. 3151, Block II, Arowhenua Survey District. Also the northern side of all that portion of road in the said land district and county fronting Lot 10, D.P. 137, R.S. 3151, Block II, Arowhenua Survey District. As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67129, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
