Pastoral License in the Marlborough Land District liable to Forfeiture.
NOTICE is hereby given to the licensee of Pastoral Run 109b, Spray Survey District, Marlborough and Awatere Counties, that the Land Board resolved, in accordance with the provisions of section 265 of the Land Act, 1924, that by reason of the failure of the licensee to pay rents and penalties amounting to £49 10s. within one month after such payments fell due, the license is liable to forfeiture, and if the said rents, together with the full amount of the penalties, are not paid within three months after the date of insertion of this notice, the Land Board will declare his license forfeited.

Land in the Canterbury Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash at the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch, on Wednesday, 30th November, 1927, at 2.30 o’clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
Cheviot County.—Domett Township.
SECTIONS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12, Block III: Area, 3 acres 2 roods 14 perches. Upset price, £90.
Situated 35 chains from the Domett Township, on the main Waipara–Cheviot Road. West boundary adjoining railway-line is well fenced, while the road has old standard-and-wire fence, of little value. Fair quality land, but part low-lying and wet.
Terms of Sale.
One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown grant fee (£1), within thirty days thereafter; otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land be null and void.
Titles will be subject to Part XIII of the Land Act, 1924.
