DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
carried on by REGINALD THOMAS GROOM and HAROLD
EDWARD KENDALL at Main Road, Upper Hutt, under the style
of "Groom and Kendall," Electrical Engineers, has been
dissolved as from the 31st day of May, 1927.
Mr. Groom will continue to carry on business from the
premises, Main Road, Upper Hutt.
Mr. Kendall will carry on business as an electrical contractor
from his residence, Upper Hutt.

matter of THE HEREKINO CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY,

NOTICE is hereby given that at a duly convened meeting
of the above company, held on the 24th September,
1927, it was resolved that the company go into voluntary
liquidation, and that WILLIAM HAROLD ATKINS, of Kaitaia,
be appointed Liquidator, and that at a duly convened meeting
held on the 11th October, 1927, the said resolutions were
confirmed.

TOPLESS AND MORRISON, OF WAITARA.
THE Partnership hitherto subsisting between us, the
undersigned, carrying on business at Waitara as Black-
smiths, Wheelwrights, and Funeral Undertakers, under the
style or firm name of "Topless and Morrison" or "Topless
Bros." has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the
1st day of October, 1927. The above business or businesses
will, as from the above date, be carried on by the continuing
partner, George Herbert Topless, under the style of "G. H.
Topless and Co." All debts owing to the late Partnership
should be paid to George Herbert Topless. Persons or firms
having claims against the late Partnership should render
their accounts immediately.
