(Waimana Section) in Block IX, Whakatane Survey District (approximately 100 m. 15 ch.).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Waimana Section).
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 0 roods 26 perches.
Being portion of Section 8, Opouriao Settlement, situated in Block IX, Whakatane Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24578.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70190, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Whirinaki Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
