ERRATUM.—In the sixth item of the Schedule to the Proclamation, dated the 10th day of October, 1927, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 71, page 3231, of the 13th October, 1927, proclaiming land as a road in Blocks VI and X, Otaio Survey District, Waimate County, for “Pareroa” read “Pareora.”

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Government Railways Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 2 roods.
Part of Section 6, Motatau No. 2 Block, Block II, Motatau Survey District, Bay of Islands County. (S.O. 24319, blue.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 39398, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of October, 1927.

Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Road in the County of Clutha, at Waipahi.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a road:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and ninety-seven of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Clutha County Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 36 perches.
Portion of Railway Reserve (Section 15), Block VII, Waipahi Survey District, Clutha County.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 39412, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1927.
