A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by the Native owners, by their agent the Tokerau District Maori Land Board, as lessors under memorandum of lease No. 8917 of the Puha A No. 2B Block, being the whole of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 294, folio 116 (Auckland Registry), whereof JOHN MOKA HARRIS, of Taheke, Farmer, is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register such notice of re-entry at the expiration of one month from the 13th October, 1927, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.

NOTICE UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.

N OTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public school the following land, namely:—

All that piece of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland containing 3 acres, more or less, being part of Allotment number 69 of the Parish of Whangamarino, Banks County.

A plan of the said land is deposited at the Post-office at Waerenga, and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.

All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street, Auckland.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of H. O. HOLLAND, LIMITED.

T HE following resolution was duly passed on the 22nd day of September, 1927, in manner provided by section 168, subsection (6), of the Companies Act, 1908.

It was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that GEORGE STANLEY KIRBY, of Dunedin, Public Accountant, be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, and that an entry of this minute be made in the minute-book of the company and be signed by all the shareholders.
