Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease
to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auck-
land Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set
apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease
to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner
provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
PART Section 5, Block XII, Wharepapa Survey District:
Area, 37 acres 0 roods 3 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of
January, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority con-
ferred upon me by section three of the Deteriorated
Lands Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be subject to the provisions of the Deteriorated
Lands Act, 1925.

SECTION 6, Block XIV, Mangaorongo Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of
January, 1927.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the area of settlement land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is
hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of
sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in
the manner provided in the said Act.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.—
FINLAYSON SETTLEMENT.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District contain-
ing by admeasurement 1,416 acres 2 roods, more or less, being
Section 1s, Finlayson Settlement, Block XII, Tangihua Sur-
vey District, County of Whangarei. As the same is more
particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 26/2/15,
deposited at Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey,
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of
January, 1927.
