SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Waimate, known as Graham Street, running from Glasgow Street to Steward Street; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68923, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Crown Grant Road, off Benson Road, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of September, 1927.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, the portion of street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:—
“That the Auckland City Council, having control of narrow Crown Grant Road, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said Crown Grant Road fronting part Allotment 220, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of Crown Grant Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of twenty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, off Benson Road, known as Crown Grant Road, fronting part Allotment 220, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67285, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Sydney Street, in the Borough of Takapuna, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this 5th day of September, 1927.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Takapuna Borough Council on the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twentysix, the street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz:—
“That the Takapuna Borough Council, having control of that street known as Sydney Street, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said street for its full length—namely, from Jutland
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that street situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Takapuna, known as Sydney Street, commencing at its junction with Jutland Road and terminating at its junction with Charles Street. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68383, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Aria Public Hall Society (Incorporated).

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of September, 1927.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a site for a public hall: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient that the said land should be vested in the Aria Public Hall Society (Incorporated):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section four of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Aria Public Hall Society (Incorporated), in trust, as a site for a public hall.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 5, Block VII, Aria Township. Area: 1 rood.

Notifying the proposed Exchange of Crown Land in the Gisborne District for other Land.
CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and sixty of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor-General, whenever he deems it expedient in the public interest, to grant in fee-simple any area of Crown land which is subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, in exchange for the fee-simple of any other land, and on any such exchange to pay or receive any sum by way of equality of exchange:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to exchange the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the owner of the land described in the Second Schedule has agreed to such exchange and has agreed to pay to the Crown a sum of money by way of equality of exchange:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the aforesaid powers and authorities, doth hereby declare it is his intention to grant in fee-simple the area of Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto in exchange for the fee-simple of the land described in the Second Schedule upon payment by the owner thereof of the sum of money hereinbefore referred to by way of equality of exchange.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED.
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, containing by admeasurement 259 acres, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 5 on plan deposited in the Lands Office, Gisborne, under No. C.P. 3258, and being part of Section 5, Block III, Urutawa Survey District; as the same is delineated on plan
