A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Tauranga Section) in the Borough of Tauranga.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 33·6 perches. Being Lot 48 (D.P. 13870), being part Section 1, Town of Tauranga, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24546.)

  • In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69736, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
