Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land :
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
TANGATAPU 1A Block, Omapere Survey District: Approximate area, 40 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of August, 1927.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming a Road as closed in Block X, Waro Survey District, Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section five of the Land Act, 1924, it is therein provided that every Proclamation, Order in Council, and other instrument, whether made under or by virtue of that Act or of any former Land Act, and all regulations, by-laws, conditions, or rules made by the Governor-General, the Minister, or any Land Board, may be altered, amended, or revoked, from time to time :
And whereas it is necessary to amend a Proclamation issued under the Land Act, 1924, dated the thirteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in Gazette of the twenty-first day of that month, page 1091, proclaiming a road as closed in Block X, Waro Survey District, and hereinafter referred to as “the said Proclamation” :
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section five of the Land Act, 1924, do hereby amend the said Proclamation as follows—namely, by the substitution of the area “3 roods 16 perches” for the area “3 roods 36 perches,” as shown in the Schedule to the said Proclamation.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of August, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any money be expended under the provisions of the said section forty-seven in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection subject to the special provisions of that section :
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf and for the purposes of the aforesaid section forty-seven, do hereby proclaim the land described in the
