NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAME.

I, JAMES CLARENCE DEMPSTER RIVETT, heretofore called and known by the name of JAMES CLARENCE DEMPSTER, of Te Aroha, in the Provincial District of Auckland, Fruiterer, hereby give public notice that on the 9th day of August, 1927, I assumed and took the use of the surname of “Rivett” in addition to the surname of “Dempster,” but as my last and principal surname. And I give further notice that by a deed poll dated the 9th day of August, 1927, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Hamilton, on the 16th day of August, 1927, I declared that I had assumed and adopted, and intended thereafter in all deeds and writings and in all dealings and transactions and on all occasions whatsoever to use the surname of “Rivett” in addition to the said surname of “Dempster,” and as my last and principal surname.

A T an extraordinary general meeting of MOTOR REPLACEMENTS, LIMITED, held at the company’s registered office, 7–9 Gittos Street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 11th day of August, 1927, the following resolution was passed :—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same voluntarily, and accordingly that the company be so wound up, and that a Liquidator be appointed by the Manager and Secretary of the company.”
