DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership at present subsisting between MATTHEW JOHNSON and CHARLES HENRY BOLT, carrying on business at Heretaunga Street, Hastings, as Drapers, under the style of “The Bon Marche,” has been dissolved as from the 19th April, 1927. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the above-named Matthew Johnson, who will continue to carry on the said business on his own account under the style of “The Bon Marche.”

NOTICE is hereby given that by an extraordinary resolution dated the 23rd day of July, 1927, and passed in manner prescribed by subsection (6) of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908, it has been resolved as follows:—
“ That it has been proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the company be wound up under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908.”
Resolved further, “ That HECTOR YARDLEY CAMERON, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD.
RESOLUTION ALTERING BOUNDARY OF SPECIAL-RATING AREA.
In the matter of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, and in the matter of the special area described in a resolution of the Christchurch Drainage Board, dated the 17th day of April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37, of the 26th day of April, 1923, and as altered by resolution of the Christchurch Drainage Board dated the 15th day of February, 1927, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 11, of the 3rd day of March, 1927 (known as the Sewerage Extension Loan Special-rating Area.)
PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Act Amendment Act, 1922, section 5, subsection (f), the Christchurch Drainage Board hereby resolves that the boundaries of the said special area, as defined by resolutions of the Board dated the 17th day of April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the 26th day of April, 1923, and as altered by resolution of the Board dated the 15th day of February, 1927, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 11 of the 3rd day of March, 1927 (hereinafter referred to as the special area), shall be further altered so as to include in the said special area all that area more particularly described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby further resolves that the said area shall form part of and be included in the subdivision (b) of the said special area, and the boundaries of the said subdivision (b) shall be altered accordingly so as to include therein all that area more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the north-western side of Westminster Street at its intersection with the boundary of the Sewerage Extension Loan Special-rating Area; thence north-easterly along the said north-western side of Westminster Street to the eastern boundary of the land contained in the certificate of title, Vol. 126, folio 182, being part of Rural Section 2795; thence northerly and westerly along the boundary of the land in the said certificate of title, Vol. 126, folio 182, to its intersection with the boundary of the said special area; thence southerly, north-easterly, and south-easterly along the boundary of the said special area to the place of commencement.
