Altering the Boundaries of the Franklin Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Franklin Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area situated in the Auckland Land District, and being portion of the Raglan County, comprising the whole of the Onewhereo and Port Waikato Ridings of the said county, as the said ridings are described in the New Zealand Gazette Number 91 of the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and the whole of the Pukekawa Riding of the said county, as the said riding is described in the New Zealand Gazette Number 52 of the twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69261, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of July, 1927.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block III, Ohura Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto, and which was taken for a further portion of the Stratford Main Trunk Railway (Ohura Section), and which is no longer required for such purposes, shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Ohura County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 1 rood 3·6 perches.

Being portion of railway land, situated in Block III, Ohura Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67211, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of July, 1927.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Blocks I and V, Clyde Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for a portion of a branch railway from East Coast Main Trunk Railway to a wharf on the left bank of the Wairoa River opposite the Town of Wairoa, and which is no longer required for such purposes) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Wairoa County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 1 acre 3 roods 20·8 perches.

Being portion of railway land, situated in Blocks I and V, Clyde Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 861.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65777, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of July, 1927.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the North Auckland Railway (branch line to Whangarei) Waiotira Section, and for a road-diversion in connection therewith :—
