IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Orere Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 6·3 perches. Adjoining or passing through Wharekawa 4B No. 2A, Section 1A, situated in Block II, Orere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24159.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69084, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Amending the Description of Turua Domain, Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of July, 1927.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and gazetted on the nineteenth day of that month, a recreation reserve in the Auckland Land District was brought under the provisions of Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, as the Turua Domain:
And whereas by a further Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and gazetted on the twenty-third day of that month, a Domain Board was appointed to have control of the Turua Domain as constituted by the first-referred-to Order in Council:
And whereas an error was made in both Orders in Council inasmuch as Lot 266, Town of Turua Extension No. 2, was omitted from the description of the Turua Domain published in the Schedules to the said Orders in Council, and it is expedient that such error should be rectified:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby amend both Orders in Council hereinbefore referred to by substituting the description of the said Turua Domain as set forth in the Schedule hereto in lieu of the description of the said domain as set forth in the Schedules to the Orders in Council aforesaid.
SCHEDULE.
TURUA DOMAIN.—AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Lots 264, 265, 266, 267, 268, and 269, Town of Turua Extension No. 2, Block III, Waihou Survey District: Area, 7 acres 2 roods 26·34 perches, more or less.
