Land in Auckland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation approved in Executive Council, declare that any unoccupied national-endowment land not exceeding in the aggregate twenty thousand acres, shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land :
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be national-endowment land, and shall be available for disposal as inferior lands under the provisions of section two hundred and twenty-three of the Land Act, 1924 :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by the aforesaid section, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date of the gazetting hereof the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land, and is set apart under the provisions of section two hundred and twenty-three of the Land Act, 1924, for disposal as inferior lands.

Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation, dated the twenty-fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and gazetted on the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, is required for settlement purposes ; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing by admeasurement 592 acres 1 rood, more or less, being parts of Section 5, Block V, Ohinewairua Survey District, one part of which is bounded towards the north-east by Section 6, Block I, Ohinewairua Survey District ; towards the south-east by Subdivisions 15B No. 1, 13, 12, and 11B of Motukawa No. 2B Block ; towards the south and south-west by a roadman’s paddock reserve and scenic reserve, being other parts of the said Section 5, and by the Hunter ville–Tokaanu Road ; towards the west by the Hautapu River-bank Road, the Kaitapa Creek, and the Waipuna Road along the said creek— and another part which is bounded towards the north-east and east by the Hunter ville–Tokaanu Road. and by Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 of Block V, Ohinewairua Survey District ; towards the south-east by part Motukawa 2D No. 1 (Scenic Reserve) ; and towards the south-west, west, and north-west by the Hautapu River : excluding from the within described part a public road. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered 68/35, deposited in the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered red.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Rangitoto-Tuhua 77e No. 3a 1 and 60h Blocks to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto were by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of sections forty-nine, fifty, and fifty-two of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act :
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914 :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road :
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sections forty-nine, fifty, and fifty-two of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in so far as each of these sections is applicable, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
