dated the 24th January, 1910, and published in the Gazette
of the 31st January, 1910, page 383.

(b) The regulations under the Old-age Pensions Act, 1908,
dated the 5th October, 1911, and published in the Gazette of
the 12th October, 1911, page 3015.

(c) The regulations under the Widows’ Pensions Act, 1911,
dated the 20th November, 1911, and published in the Gazette,
of the 23rd November, 1911, page 3500.

(d) The regulations under the Military Pensions Act, 1912,
dated the 5th February, 1913, and published in the Gazette
of the 10th February, 1913, page 489.

Setting aside Native Land as a Native Reservation.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of
June, 1927.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section two hundred and thirty-two of
the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted, inter alia,
that when any Native freehold land is owned at law or in
equity by more than ten owners in common the Governor-
General may, by Order in Council, set apart and reserve any
part of that land for the common use of the owners thereof
as in the said Act provided :

And whereas the Native Land Court has recommended
that the land described in the Schedule hereto be so set apart
and reserved :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and all
other powers thereunto him enabling, and acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby set apart and reserve as a Native
reservation the Native freehold land described in the Schedule
hereto for the common use of the owners thereof as a papa-
kainga or village.

SCHEDULE.

BLOCK III, WAIAU SURVEY DISTRICT.

ALL that area of land situate in the Tairawhiti Native Land
Court District called or known as Te Kopani 5 Block (Te
Kuha Pa), containing 9 acres 3 roods 28 perches, more or
less, and being the whole of the land comprised in a partition
order of the Native Land Court dated the 5th September,
1925.
