DENHARD AUTOMATIC BAKING COMPANY, LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION).
AT a meeting of shareholders of the above-named company, held on 9th May, 1927, it was resolved by way of special resolution, that the Denhard Automatic Baking Company, Limited, having now merged their business into Denhard Bakeries, Limited, for the purpose of extending the present buildings and installing the latest up-to-date machinery, the company be wound up voluntarily and that MESSRS. H. F. ALLEN and SON, 111 Custom House Quay, Wellington, be appointed Liquidators.
The resolution was confirmed at a further meeting of shareholders held on the 25th May, 1927.
All persons having claims against the company are requested to prove such claims forthwith.
